The Cosmoplitan of Las Vegas email journey included 16 different touchpoints with a customized AEM email manager automating the entire process. The designs utilized a modular design system - integrating with Adobe's Asset Manager, customers never receive the same email twice.
The journey starts once a guest has booked a stay. The three email offer exclusive deals and upgrades as well as information on membership sign up. As the guest gets closer to their check-in date, event suggestions are sent, previous visitors will be sent suggestions based on their preferences.
Once the guest checks in, the hotel is able to track the guests preferences through their spend on the property. Emails during their stay are then customized to help maximize their experience.
